A graduate, in his mid-thirties, Rizwan is a reflection of the evolving Indian society. As the president of the Karnataka State Youth Congress, he has worked with youth organisations across the state and country. He has a deep understanding of the needs of our youth, especially regarding education and employment. As fellow citizens, we need to encourage vibrant young leaders with a clear vision to represent millions of aspiring young Indians.
